Conectaballs understands that sometimes there is no spark - and it is OK!
We are happy to accept the items you want to return within 7 days from the day of delivery. We are asking you to be responsible for return shipping cost. Return packages must be sent by a trackable method - we won't be able to give you refund if the package never arrives and there is no tracking number to check what happened.

People of all ages engage with Conectaballs on various levels of sophistication combining free flowing creativity with logical spatial reasoning and problem solving. Due to small parts this puzzle toy is not suitable to children younger than 3 years old.
We partner with Detoa from the Czech Republic - the maker of best quality European wooden toys. Being a classic old factory Detoa combines the tradition and quality of the old days with modern methods with the emphasis on green environmentally sound production.
Conectaballs is made of high quality maple wood from the Czech and Slovak Republics. We support forestry that uses the certification PEFC/FSC to avoid cutting down any trees not sustainably grown. All our products meet the requirements of actual European authorization and international safety standards. Our products are being closely tested during the process of manufacturing. They must agree with the European standard EN71 and the result of tests is the safety mark.
